Sterling Security

Sterling Lake · a Sterling Security project

Host program

Host two small, locked monitoring enclosures at your property and help us study the lake.

Who can host

  • Private property in Washington State that directly borders the shoreline of Mackintosh Lake.
  • You own the property, or the owner has given you permission to approve installation.
  • At least one installation spot is within range of your Wi-Fi network. You give us only the network name — never the password.
  • You're 18 or older and complete identity verification.

How it works

  1. Apply online

Create a verified account, describe your property and read and accept the program documents.

  2. Review

Our team checks the location is inside the service area and suitable for the equipment. We may ask for more information.

  3. Identity verification

We confirm who you are. We never ask you to upload or email ID documents to us.

  4. Approval and installation

We agree a visit time with you. You approve both spots before anything is installed.

  5. Active hosting

Your dashboard shows equipment status, visits and every payment. You can end hosting at any time.

Program documents

You accept all seven before applying. We record the exact version you accepted.
